Question 1

What cleaning products do you use?

Accepted Answer

We only use high-quality, eco-friendly and toxin-free cleaning products.

Question 2

Are your services safe for pets and children?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The safety of your family and pets is our top priority. We use only child- and pet-safe cleaning products, and our team is trained to work carefully around your loved ones.

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Many clients prefer to go about their day while we work. We can arrange secure access — or you're welcome to stay if you prefer.

Question 4

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available. For regular weekly or bi-weekly services, we can establish a recurring schedule that works for you. During busy seasons or for special occasion cleanings, booking a week to 2 weeks in advance is ideal.

Question 5

Is Mountain Cleaners insured and background-checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Mountain Cleaners is a fully insured and bonded cleaning company serving Calgary and the surrounding area. All of our cleaning professionals go through a background check before joining our team. We're also recognized as a Google Guaranteed business, meaning we've passed Google's own vetting process for trust and quality. This gives our clients an added layer of protection and peace of mind with every booking.

Question 6

What areas of Calgary does Mountain Cleaners serve?

Accepted Answer

Mountain Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Calgary, including the NE, SE, SW, and NW quadrants. As a locally owned and centrally located company, we're able to serve most Calgary neighborhoods without long travel times or scheduling delays. If you're unsure whether your area is covered, reach out through our contact form or call us directly. We're always happy to confirm availability for your specific location before booking.

Question 7

What types of cleaning services does Mountain Cleaners offer?

Accepted Answer

Mountain Cleaners offers residential cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, and real estate/staging cleaning. We provide both one-time deep cleans and recurring cleaning on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. Every service uses the same eco-friendly, plant-based cleaning products regardless of job size or type. You can request a free, personalized estimate for any of these services directly through our website.

Question 8

How much does house cleaning cost in Calgary with Mountain Cleaners?

Accepted Answer

The cost of a cleaning depends on factors like the size of your space, the type of clean requested, and specific areas you'd like included, such as inside the oven or fridge. Because every home and office is different, we build a custom quote based on your actual needs rather than a flat rate. You can get a free, no-obligation estimate in minutes by filling out our online quote form or calling us directly. This ensures you only pay for the cleaning your space actually requires.

Question 9

Does Mountain Cleaners clean offices and commercial spaces?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Mountain Cleaners provides professional office and commercial cleaning services throughout Calgary, in addition to residential cleaning. We help businesses maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional environment using the same eco-friendly products we use in homes. Commercial cleaning can be scheduled on a recurring basis to fit around your business hours. Contact us for a custom commercial cleaning estimate based on your workspace size and needs.

Question 10

What's included in a move-in or move-out cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Our move-in and move-out cleaning service is designed to create a spotless, photo-ready space for homeowners, renters, and real estate professionals. This typically includes a deep clean of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and all living areas, with optional add-ons like inside-oven or inside-fridge cleaning. It's ideal for tenants leaving a rental, homeowners preparing to sell, or anyone moving into a new space who wants it thoroughly cleaned first. Because every property differs, we recommend requesting a free estimate so we can tailor the service to your specific space.

Question 11

Is Mountain Cleaners a locally owned company?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Mountain Cleaners is an independently owned and operated cleaning company based in Calgary, not a franchise. Being locally owned allows us to offer a more personal touch, flexible scheduling, and direct communication with our team. We're proud to be part of the Calgary community and to build long-term relationships with the homeowners and businesses we serve. Our 4.9-star Google rating reflects the consistency and care that comes with being a hands-on, locally run business.

Question 12

What makes Mountain Cleaners one of the top-rated cleaning companies in Calgary?

Accepted Answer

We're also recognized as a Google Guaranteed business, meaning we've passed Google's background and licensing checks for trust and reliability. As a locally owned and operated company, our team focuses on personalized service rather than a one-size-fits-all franchise approach.
